The IADI Exhibition will take place during the Annual Conference. The IADI Exhibition provides IADI Members, Associates, Observers and Partners, along with other approved organizations, the opportunity to enhance awareness about their organization by sharing information (brochures, DVDs, etc.) at an individual booth kiosk. The booth kiosks will be situated in the atrium outside of the conference auditorium space. IADI Participants and Partners will be given priority for booth kiosks. Please note, there is no charge to the organization for a booth kiosk. For inquiries, kindly contact: E-mail: IADIBOOTHEXHIBITION@FDIC.GOV

IADI Exhibition Registration Procedures

1)
Download and complete the IADI Exhibition Registration Form. (Registration closed as of 15 September)
2)
Obtain an electronic file of your organization’s logo to be displayed across the top of your individual booth kiosk. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation will produce the banner display for your organization’s booth kiosk using the electronic file provided. Please note, the preferred electronic file format for the electronic logo file is AI or EPS. (A JPG file will work; however, it does not allow us to adjust the size easily.) If possible, please submit the electronic file of your logo at the time you submit your IADI Exhibition Registration Form. All electronic logo files must be received by 15 September.
3)
Email the IADI Exhibition Registration Form and the electronic file of your organization’s logo to IADIBoothExhibition@fdic.gov by 15 September.
4)
A confirmation notice will be sent to you upon the processing of your IADI Exhibition Registration Form.
5)
Following the 15 September registration deadline, an email will be sent to all participating organizations identifying the assigned booth numbers. Booth numbers should be included on all of your IADI Exhibition Delivery Labels.
