Additional Capabilities for Non-FDIC Personnel

Non-FDIC personnel may be able to connect their personal laptop to their corporate virtual private network (VPN) via a connection provided by the FDIC. For assistance configuring your laptop, please contact your organization’s help desk. If using the Hotel Business Center, use the default user name and password that FDIC provided in order to reach the Internet, and enter the proper URL for connecting to your corporate VPN. Allergies/Dietary Restrictions

Menus have been selected that we hope everyone will enjoy. Arrangements have been made to offer a vegetarian option at all meals. We realize that some individuals have dietary restrictions and food allergies. Please be sure to indicate on your online registration form if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Due to the large number of attendees, substitutions to the standard conference meal or the vegetarian meal may not be possible. Please make alternative meal arrangements if you have several food allergies or very specific dietary restrictions, as our food and beverage options may not meet your needs. We will do our best to accommodate all dietary requests; however, because the focus is on food allergies we cannot always guarantee requests such as low-fat, low-salt, low-carb, sugar-free, etc.

People with Disabilities

We have strived to ensure that our meeting facilities and events are accessible to all. Please tell us in your online registration what you require to help make your participation more enjoyable and meaningful. Be sure to indicate on your registration form if you require special assistance, auxiliary aids or other reasonable accommodations to fully participate in this event.
